They damaged my car and are refusing to take responsibility. Really sad since I have been going to this location since they opened over a year ago. Funny that they have footage from my car being there 2 weeks prior but not the day it happened.. Ok when you refuse to show me videos from July 2nd the actual day it happened you seem pretty guilty. I showed up the same day to complain about the damage 15 minutes after I left the wash and drove to my house up the block . I was told by your employee to submit a complaint online because no manger was present. I will be telling the rest of my friends and family to cancel their memberships as well.

Been going here for over a year now! I have had 5+ vehicles at this wash and it does great everytime! This wash does amazing on small passenger cars like my Honda accord, and can do all the way to full size trucks like my F250, highly recommend this wash for your all around cleanliness! And the customer service is always great! Make sure to roll your window down before heading into the wash to speak to the employees on how you want your car to be washed!

After multiple discussions with management, he was supposed to enter this info into my profile. In addition, I followed their recommendation and primted a sign that says: "I have a flexible antenna. Please turn the top brush *** on *** THANK YOU 😊" I still cannot find any one here who can read. And the people here refuse to turn on the top brush. Even after management said that they could. I don't know what's wrong with customer service today. They don't care anything about customers. All they care about is money but they don't realize that their money comes from that customers, and if they don't have customers, they're not going to have any money.

Updated 6/15/2026 - Still a monthly plan member. No complaints. Updated 10/28/2025 - I'm still paying for a monthly plan and using it often. Updated 7/22/2025 - I have been a monthly member since March. The value is excellent. I added my second vehicle to the membership, so they're always clean and shining. Very good first experience on 3/9/2025, following the Texas dust rain we received on 3/7. I will update this after future visits to verify longer-term consistency. The exception being the touch screen in the left lane. It was not responsive, and I became quite frustrated before successfully completing my (second) purchase. I visited with both of my vehicles (one full-sized, one compact), and an attendant processed the first one, and seemed to have been accustomed to its operation. I did notice significantly better results on the compact's rear bumper top and lip of trunk with Road Runner than the other local chain wash. The other chain missed that area, resulting in the need for me to wash that myself. Road Runner left that area clean and glistening. I'll be back! Hoping that they keep their mechanisms better maintained than the other chains.
